This holiday resort in the Valais, between the conservation area of the Réchytal and the entrance to the Val d'Anniviers, is famous for its climate, so mild that you can even see cherry trees in bloom. In winter there are 35 km of prepared slopes on the Crêt du Midi.

Rail- and cableways travel up to well beyond 3000 metres and provide impressive, panoramic sights and year-round skiing enjoyment.
Zinal (Valais)
The Valais holiday resort of Zinal lies at 1670 m at the end of the Val d'Anniviers (Eifischtal) where it becomes the Zinal Valley.
